Welcome to the WI0048 - American Legion Riders Wisconsin District 11's Wreaths Across America Page. 

On {{December 14, 2024}}, {{American Legion Riders Wisconsin District 11}} will be helping {{Northwoods National Cemetery}} to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

Directions to Cemetery

Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery. When you arrive, please follow the people and signs to the site of the ceremony itself.

Parking Instructions

Parking is limited. Carpooling is recommended.  There will be no public parking in Northwoods National Cemetery. Reserved for program vehicles such as wreath trailers, bus drop-offs etc...

We will be running two small buses this year to the cemetery from the parking lot at Rondele Ranch. Buses leave Rondele Ranch parking lot at 10:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. returning to Rondele Ranch at the conclusion of the program. 

Ceremony and Volunteer Information

We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony at Northwoods National Cemetery. Please do not forget to register to volunteer! That way you will get all updates about the cemetery itself.

Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:

  • Wreath placement will start with the grave specific placements at 1130am followed by the remaining wreaths.
  • Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
  • Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.
  • Please follow the location coordinators instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
  • We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up. Please check in with the location coordinator if you are interested in helping with the clean-up.

The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for help Wreaths achieve our mission to remember, honor and teach.

Wreath Match
From 12/13/25 - 12/31/25, WAA is matching your sponsorship of a wreath(s). With each $17 wreath you sponsor, Northwoods National will receive a free wreath match. The match will only be honored during the dates listed above, online orders and checks must be dated, mailed and postmarked during this time frame. No exceptions.
