Welcome to the VA1111 - Artemis ARC's Wreaths Across America Page. 

On December 13, 2025 at 09:30 am, VA1111 - Artemis ARC will be helping Alexandria National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

In Memory Of for William C. McGinley, United States Military, Honored by Zachary Taylor National Cemetery

William C. McGinley was aTechnical Sergeant with the 577th Bomb Squadron, 392nd Bomb Group, 8th Air Force in England during World War II. He was killed in action on August 12, 1944, at the age of 21. He was a much beloved son and brother. My family and I honor my uncle's memory and his ultimate sacrifice on the 80th anniversary year of his death. We pray for the repose of his soul.

We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony at Alexandria National Cemetery. 

Alexandria National Cemetery will hold a private ceremony in recognition of the 7 Ceremonial wreaths Honoring the military branches and POW/MIA. 

This ceremony will not be open to the public.
