On Saturday, December 13, 2025, TAK Squadron will be helping Mt Olivet Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.
Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

In Memory Of for Chester Michael Pawlak, United States Military, Honored by Mount Olivet Cemetery
In the years prior to World War II, Chester Pawlak earned two honorable discharges from the Civilian Conservation Corps, having served on various work projects at Ft. Niagara and Bath, NY, and Moab, and Monticello, UT. In WWII. Chet was a member of India Company, 86th Regiment, 10th Mountain Infantry Division, US Army. He was a mountain infantry "ski troop" squad leader in Italy, participating in North Apennines and Po Valley Campaigns. He earned the Combat Infantryman's Badge, Bronze Star, Purple Heart, Good Conduct, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign, American Campaign, and WWII Victory Medals. Chester Michael Pawlak was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in 1945.

In Memory Of for John Milton Mulvey, United States Military, Honored by Mount Olivet Cemetery
In memory of my paternal uncle, PFC John Milton “Jack” Mulvey, 299th Engineer Combat Battalion, US Army, WWII, who was KIA on Omaha Beach on D-Day, 6 June 1944. Jack was KIA one week shy of his 20th birthday.

Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery. When you arrive, please follow the people and signs to the site of the ceremony itself.
Parking Instructions
There is plenty of parking at this cemetery, so feel free to park in any available spot.Ceremony and Volunteer Information
We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Please do not forget to register to volunteer! That way you will get all updates about the cemetery itself.
Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:
- Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
- Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.
- Please follow the location coordinators instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
- We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up. Please check in with the location coordinator if you are interested in helping with the clean-up.
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for help Wreaths achieve our mission to remember, honor and teach.
